Dam Factor Parameter added to Primary Pond

Note that a new input parameter called Dam Factor has been added to the Primary Pond. This controls the amount of evaporation from the Pond. Previously, evaporation could jump to zero due to a simulated crust - this change now gives you full control of evaporation.
